Now I will respond to a spanish friend and show some back exercises that you can do at home.
We can use dumbbells, bar......:
low row;
High row;
inverted flying.
we can change the handle position, speed and alternately.
We can also use a bank or a ball and work one MMSS at a time. The ball increases the instability and that will make us use other muscle groups.
with the bar we can also simulate the motion of paddling.
