hello!
first want to thank everyone who visits this blog.
now I want to speak of the option to be vegetarian! I have friends who are, so I talked to a nutritionist and she advised to eat legumes with cereals, rice and beans for example, to have the essential amino acids!
The challenge today is to share a vegetarian recipe in this blog.
